Director Human Resources Lead at Pfizer

The HR Lead partners with business leaders in areas which include organizational design, organizational change, and talent management developing a pipeline of talent for Research group. Understand the business and drive key human capital strategies that further the business objectives:
The person in this role will partner directly with the Chief Scientific Officers for Neuroscience and CVMED as well as play a significant role with other line leaders. This role will be based in Cambridge, MA with some travel between Cambridge and Groton, CT for the first year and a half.
Build an organizational strategic talent plan including overview of current talent and gaps.
Work with business leaders to drive engagement and change in Pfizer and R&D culture by developing and executing against a functional strategy.
Strategic role that requires strong consultative skills to facilitate culture change and build leadership capability and effective leadership teams as well as ensure effective execution.

Desired Skills & Experience
6-8 years of demonstrated experience as an HR Business Leader preferred.
