Analyst, Regional HR Programs

Reporting to the Manager, Regional Programs, the Analyst, Regional HR Programs, is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and ongoing management of programs, policies, projects and services related to human resources and employee relations. This includes supporting workplace health and safety, interpretation of policies guidelines, employment contracts and case management with respect to employee relations files and other duties as assigned by the Manager, Regional Programs.

Essential
A minimum of 3 years professional work experience
Experience researching and compiling industry standards (Human resources trends, labour market and recent decisions in employment law) to better understand employment contracts
General Knowledge of employment legislation and labour relations decisions which could impact the organization
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university or college in a field related to the position, or an acceptable combination of education, related experience and training
Valuable
Experience analyzing policy or employee relations business issues and providing recommendations to management
Experience providing advice on matters regarding employee relations activities would be considered an asset
Experience in the revision, interpretation and application of employment contracts would be considered an asset
Generalist knowledge of a variety of disciplines within Human Resources (policies, compensation, performance management, health and safety, etc.)
Working towards CHRP would be considered an asset
Salary: $63,363 - $80,764
