Education Qualifications:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience Qualifications:
Experience providing compensation services within the federal public service (minimum of 3 years experience).
Experience in use of On-Line pay system, pension support system, contributor system and/or various calculations tools.
Experience in the interpretation and application of Federal Government pay and benefits legislation, regulations and rules and procedures.
Experience in counselling employees on their benefits and entitlements (min 3 years).
Experience using CAS.
Experience in using an electronic pay or insurances system.
Completion of PWGSC pay and pension courses.

Salary: $51,617 to $55,615
