Site Manager (Charterhouse Square campus)

The post holder will provide efficient and effective management of Directorate operations at CHSQ campus, ensuring the services meet the separate needs of College students, staff and guests. This will include management responsibility for residential operations, along with cleaning, portering and the post room. In addition the postholder will be expected to provide managerial support for the Security Service on a day to day basis. The postholder will be expected to work closely with colleagues from the School of Medicine and Dentistry and establish good working relationships with NHS Trust staff.

The post is full time and permanent. Starting salary will be in the range £30,350 - £35,674 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, final salary pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.

Salary: £30,350 - £35,674 per annum
