Develop effective human resource strategies by analyzing trends in HR management in the world, the UAE and other GCC countries, the interpretive and integrate the activities of the enterprise business planning .
Follow clear guidelines on the approval procedures for the activities of human capital initiatives et al, after input supply, and implement approved activities as indicated by the local government authorities
To develop, to accept and implement centralized recruitment policies of companies, procedures and capabilities that result in the use of high-caliber candidates.
Lead a national development program to increase the percentage of expatriate nationals in the workforce

Qualification:
Bachelor of Business Administration with a masters in HR would be an advantage

Experience:
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience
