Senior Interconnect Officer UAE TRA

The incumbent will be responsible for providing specialist technical input in all areas related to interconnection, such as interconnection, co-location, shared facilities, screening, unbundling the local loop, etc.

The holder the position will be responsible for providing technical inputs and carry out research on various technical fields such as numbering portability and roaming, etc.

The incumbent must also contribute to the development of guidelines and policies for interconnection. Actively participate in disputes referred to the RMS for settlement by telecom operators.

Qualification:
At least a Bachelor of Engineering or other related discipline

Experience:
Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience preferably in the telecommunications industry, preferably with exposure NGN

Skills:
Ability to handle different projects simultaneously at the same time,
Detail-oriented and ability to analyze; Act as a Team Player,
Good business writing skills (both in Arabic & English),
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
