This position is located in the office of single family homes. The incumbent reports directly to the Deputy Assistant Secretary-family housing and assists with administrative, procurement, and operations management information related to headquarters and field operations. The incumbent works directly with the missions and received the analyst to senior management and others who have designated staff rolls in central procurement Single Family and its activities. Holder uses automated systems to collect, report and interpret the information Purchasing Management and is responsible for developing spreadsheets, charts and reports as required by management single family and presentations to the ministry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level of the federal government, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the task of position as described in the above main functions. The experience provided the knowledge of administrative policies and procedures, as well as knowledge of the principles, features and analysis process management within an organization or agency. Examples of specialized experience include human performance related to the analysis and evaluation of management operations for an organization, using analytical methods for studies and projects related to improving the management, improving productivity, control management coordination or long-term planning, participate in the development of operating manuals and directives covering the administrative functions of an organization.
Salary: $89,033.00 - $115,742.00 /year
