We have an opening for an experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic team and positive, based in the beautiful Aberdeenshire. With practice comprehensive post qualification of the law in Scotland, ideally within the local government, you have the specialized knowledge and expertise to manage operational changes and implement new strategies and policies in an extremely complex. Your superb skills in written and verbal communication will help you in negotiating with internal and external bodies, by persuading others to act where at times there may be a degree of resistance.

Lead, develop and manage legal advice and representation service will be your responsibility, including education, housing and immigration, welfare, child protection, permanence, vulnerable adults and protection adults, mental health, adults with disabilities, planning, Human Rights, Employment and data protection.
