Job Description
A leading investment bank is seeking a Senior Associate to provide basic support to the European Desk In House System and related IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to system users in London and the EMEA.
Promote projects related computer.
Respond appropriately to user requests.
Extract and analyze the necessary data using custom tools.
Assist in the preparation of reports, administration and ad hoc as needed.
Conduct computer-related seminars and prepare educational tools for users.
Contact the head office in Tokyo and offices of the EMEA in Japanese and English.
The key requirements to be associated with fluent Japanese. Education at degree (or equivalent) is preferred. Experience working in a bank is essential with a sound knowledge of basic banking business, including remittances, loans, Export / Import Treasury or the back (at least one area). A good level of computer literacy is also required.
