Senior Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy & Finance - Barclay Meade

Matchtech Group Plc is embarking on an ambitious strategic growth plan, but taken into account. Barclay Meade, the brand new professional staff, approaching its first anniversary, seeking to expand its successful team and qualified. 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior recruitment consultant to build on the foundations of a highly successful accounting and finance recruitment team. 

You will be responsible to further develop a strong customer base and market presence. This will be supported by a database of applicants and existing infrastructure of one of the UKs most recruitment agencies. Crucial for the development of this brand will establish a network presence of a local development and key customer base of candidates.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate tenacity, determination and strong sales and presentation. We seek to meet with experienced recruiters who are experts in the market Finance & Accounting, with a history of development and growth of market share. You must be someone who wants to be ready to be engaged in shaping the future of our company as a whole, willing to further develop your skills and have an understanding of what it takes to build a brand.
