Our clients are undertaking a project to pool their knowledge and customer intelligence data into a single repository, where gaps, trends and opportunities for business development can be identified. They are looking for a candidate to join the existing team leader to analyze legal information, largely by French Canada.
Specific functions include:
- To support the discovery client and Innovation (CDI) teams of collecting, analyzing and maintaining the central repository of data knowledge of the client.
- To identify gaps in knowledge and customer overlap between the business units to better data collection activities directly and make them more effective.
- To ensure that the information the customer knowledge is widely available across the enterprise via intranets and other internal platforms.
- To defend, represent and empathize with the client's perspective to the team and business
Skills requires
a general knowledge of various methods of customer knowledge, both qualitative and quantitative. Must be able to deal with statistical data sets (for example, the survey results) and notes and transcripts to face opened in end-to-face. Aura:
- advanced MS Excel skills
- good knowledge and experience of formal analysis methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Working knowledge of business processes and development cycles and content products
- basic experience of project management disciplines
- work experience in businesses, cultures, languages and time zones
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
Desired:
- Knowledge of legal publishing
- Solid computer and online skills
- Knowledge of web analytics
- Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
