Maintenance and Support Consultant members provides vital support to the tasks of the operational area to ensure that service levels are consistently met in all areas. This is an administrative role with some relief on mobile too. You must be flexible and show a willingness to work hard.
Your role will include:
Affiliations financial and related correspondence are forwarded by the Government to strict deadlines and downloads related supplier, maintenance and correspondence delivered within KPI analysis, investigation and evaluation for all items within KPI Provide Tracker support peak daily or otherwise directed by the incoming contact center shall ensure great customer service comes with every interaction with an end to the attention of customers resolution
What we are looking for:
people who have professional experience in the area of health insurance at least intermediate skills in Microsoft applications including Excel and technical knowledge or abilities Word effective time management skills of service Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, accuracy of data input proven strong customer focus, including excellent listening skills and empathy, conflict resolution and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written command strong skills in the English language and grammar Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and quality time
