Air Reservations Team Leader - AA Appointments

Our client is a leading Travel Company are currently searching for a travel professional talent to lead their Air Reservations Team. 

This is a hands on position and you will be handling all customer requests relating to air reservations, ticketing, refunds and customer service via phone and email. You will also be responsible for training, supervision and monitoring of the team of air reservations, handling agents and customer complaints and other miscellaneous tasks.

Our successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and excellent knowledge of international airfare and ticketing. You will be a strong team player and be able to train and motivate your team, previous experience of team leader would be a plus.
