We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced manager to join our reservations team of professionals in the reserves.
The role of the reservations manager is critical in the hotel because they have the overall responsibility of the department who are responsible for the sale of our rooms and suites, therefore play an important role in our financial success.
The role reports to the Director of Revenue Management and is a department head position.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Managing a team of 11 employees including seven officers, Groups Coordinator, Head of the CIS, Supervisor and Assistant Director
- Oversee all aspects of the operation Hotel Reservations
- Assist the Director of Revenue Management strategies and revenue plans
- Preparation of reserves daily reports, forecasts and budgets
- Liaise with the guests, corporate clients and two booking agents and online travel agents
- Establishment of tariffs of opera dynamic pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance
- The ability to assist in all facets of human resources, including interviews, assessment, training procedures and discipline
The ideal candidate must possess:
- At least 2 years experience as a Reservations Manager
- Good knowledge of the Opera
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications, including applications of statistical analysis - proven leadership skills
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communication

Salary: $60,000 neg. pkg
