The Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT) and Jansen Newman Institute (JNI) are colleges within the Faculty of Health and Wellness Think: Education Group. The two colleges are involved in delivering outstanding training courses in areas such as natural therapies, psychotherapy and counseling.

We are looking for an experienced operations manager to handle the Campus services for both colleges are located in Surry Hills (ACNT) and St Leonards (JNI). The role will be responsible for all campus services, including student services and support facilities, school administration, clinical operations and retail.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively plan, coordinate and direct the operations of the day to day campus and JNI ACNT

• Identify and manage risks

• Financial management operations ACNT campus (Surry Hills) and JNI (St Leonards), y including the management of OPEX and CAPEX budgets

• Ensure that academic and administrative processes are integrated to ensure efficient management of business systems of the college.

• The facilities management, including planning and use room on both campuses

• Build and maintain a high performing team of business support services, including services for students at each campus

• Ensure student administration are the best practices and provide excellent customer service at all times

• Ensure that colleges and campuses are in compliance with all regulations, including OSH Act, confidentiality and the National Code

You have:

• Good knowledge of business and financial processes and desktop management

• Ability to prepare and manage budgets, monitoring performance against targets

• Ability to identify and manage risks and solve problems

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure and deadlines

• A practical management style together with excellent communication skills verbal and written

• Decisive, organized and methodical with an eye for detail

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor or higher 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role to date experience in managing a team and / or multiple functions Experience in managing budgets in the base Education preferred
