This person will manage the implementation of a new world of microfinance data management that will mitigate the risk of financial reports for key PFD. Currently over 400 million workers are monitored / analyzed by spreadsheets and Access databases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include interfacing with PFD Finance on a daily basis, assist the development of business analysis (which is also part of the training which will help minimize development costs). Design and implementation of 50% of the new system of data management. 20% Manage the change process related to the collection of information MFI 10% Assist in the development of the loan portfolio in reporting 20% Assist the finance team in the development and implementation critical analysis.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & Abilities:
Required: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or computer science is a minimum (with MBA, CPA or CFA a plus) Minimum 5 years experience in financial analysis / business is required and that significant experience in project management. Reports of microfinance institutions requires a thorough understanding of Accounting / Financial. Previous experience involving microfinance activities is beneficial PREFERRED: Effective communication with others in the capacity of both written and verbal.
