Global Supply Chain Management Specialist

Responsible for organizing, leading, contributing to the management and facilitation of the supply chain (SCM) evaluation and implementation of programs in each of the offices that have the greatest impact on improving process simplification, standardization and cost control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Provide expertise in the supply chain to ensure proper integration of supply chain management in program planning, design and implementation Manage the integration of supply chains of the program and collaboration, by providing advice and technical assistance to countries for products and innovative capacity of service delivery to be completed modernization projects SMC activities in a timely and professional with sufficient attention to detail in the deliverables, and regular and comprehensive reports and communications of the project facilitate the exchange of best practice and work with partners and counterparts in the specific program and supply chain issues for relief , development and advocacy.Development of supply chain planning, procurement (sourcing and procurement), vendor management, cost control, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, handling and packaging, reverse logistics, measurements and performance indicators, information risk management and systems, and to influence the management of the fleet of creation and development of a management organization of the supply chain news or improved at the National Office. Manage the project team in the NO that include specialist SMC I and NO staff dedicated to the project and lead the project team to deliver the approved work plan

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & Abilities: 
Required: University degree in business, science, engineering, management of the supply chain or technology or equivalent experience and professional qualification in the management of supply chain at least eight (8) years professional work experience with responsibilities increasingly relevant problem of supply chain Minimum of two years (2) working in an intercultural environment and demonstrated ability to adapt to an international project, operational experience extent in the management of global supply chain, improving business processes, project management and team-based organizational change management expertise required SMC:
