seeking candidates with international experience and proven skills in team leadership and coordination of staff. A good knowledge of deployment practices is important is that understanding the parts of the sector: for example, emergency management, water and sanitation, nutrition, protection, logistics and planning of the site will be greatly appreciated.
The successful candidate will be a flexible, strong leader and able to find solutions to some very difficult situations. Excellent communicator, the successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and ability to conduct detailed research on the practices leading humanitarian and demonstrated ability to develop action plans to achieve goals. Under the direction of the Department of International Assignment Manager, you will coordinate the personnel involved in the action of deployment, with a strong emphasis on the well-being of our people on the field deployment.
