Job Summary:
Function as a liaison between donor groups and donor services / staff recruiting donors. Provide confirmation of upcoming blood drives. Produce confidential correspondence and interdepartmental communications, handle incoming calls, distributing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating the organization of meetings and take minutes of meetings.
Job responsibilities:
1. Confirms all information regarding blood drives with the coordinators of blood / blood drive sponsors and communicates the details (the refresh requests, hold dates, numbers, directions, volunteer needs, special equipment and cancellations ) staff to production planning to help ensure the success of the effort of blood collection.
2. Serves as a liaison between the client and appropriate staff. Responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional, courteous, helpful and fast.
3. Use of approved models and / or campaign material, can localize collateral blood (posters, flyers, table tents, paycheck inserts, etc.) to include the location, date, time, purpose, etc.
4 . Prepares and maintains all records into account, including correspondence, operational records and client surveys to ensure accurate documentation of the activity of blood collection.
5. Sends confirmations of blood to blood coordinators / sponsors of blood annually, semi-and / or quarterly. Send thank you notes to customers to help ensure the prospect of future customer business ARCBS.
6. May conduct on-site recruitment of blood donors as needed.
Scope of work:
Within the guidelines, specific work plans in support of priorities identified by the management department. Uses various software applications to produce high quality reports, presentations or other documents.
Qualifications: Associate Degree in business, marketing or combination of related education and experience required. Minimum two years experience in an office with extensive customer contact required. Basic knowledge of computer office products, word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications highly desirable. Must have outstanding organizational skills and communication. Effective problem solving skills in managing multiple priorities. A driver's license valid and good driving record is required.
