The division of a conference of media worldwide largest business organizations looking to recruit an experienced and talented marketing conference, to join their marketing team UK + Europe. Division conference is one of the fastest growing divisions within the organization, including four offices worldwide. They are responsible for the launch, growth and management of the company to global conferences. Working across a broad spectrum of industries, agriculture and aviation with the health and safety, music and broadcasting, shipping, security, and CSR, you will be able to work on some of the largest conferences in the portfolio, along with a wide mixture of other events, in different formats across multiple geographies.
As a senior marketing manager, you will not only be responsible for driving revenue paid for the delegate of your events by creating, implementing and measuring marketing campaigns 2-3 conference a month (from with large annual hot topics of events), you will also expect to introduce innovations marketing, channel marketing new tests and to play an active role in team development and marketing strategies marketing. Working in the marketing conference is not for the faint hearted - if you think you know what it's like to work in a hectic conference, think again! You could work with a maximum of 10 marks at any time throughout the world, juggling multiple projects at multiple scales with multiple deadlines, all of which require ideas, new ideas and then some new ideas!
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate basic competencies and skills:
* 2 + years experience marketing conference marketing degree or qualification
* Able to work effectively under pressure within deadlines
* Strong skills Project Management
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* A creative thinker
* Self starter able to work under the initiative of numeracy
* clean with a good knowledge of Excel
* Experience in developing successful working relationships with registered media, publications and / or associations
* Design and creative scholars, able to constructively evaluate the brief and creative savvy digital marketing
* Experience with successful implementation of digital marketing strategies
Primary Objectives:
* Hit agreed revenue / profit targets and performance indicators
* Marketing regular liaison with internal and external brands and organs responsible for the adhesion of co-delivery of lectures
* Proactive management and report on Managing revenue performance and advise on changes in campaign tactics in a timely manner
* Responsible for maintaining brand integrity in all activities
* Implementation and management of marketing campaigns with the optimal combination of building
* Marketing on and offline and management of marketing budgets
* Source and conduct business telesales evaluate performance on a regular basis and this report
* Research and analysis of performance analysis of the affected communities to support the increasing activity of conference
Salary: £29000 - £31000
