Job Description

Ensure the execution of work orders, orders of construction and / or repair and maintenance of the system to apply to the Hotel Assist in the planning and forecasting daily weekly analysis of all maintenance work and monitor energy costs and expenditures for the Department to determine the six months operating efficiencies of major equipment and take corrective action when variances from the standards are excessive Participates in program implementation Fire training support and initiate programs to improve procedures and reduce costs Provides 10-15 minutes response to all requests for urgent maintenance, including invited applications Performs installation / security check in advance of the function / event start time and eliminate the hazards and risks Installs / security check of the premises of the hotel and to eliminate hazards and risks establishing and using techniques for monitor and supervise the work of others. Monitors the results of delegated assignments

What we're looking for?

The person must be able to work independently and with others.

Must be willing to respond to emergencies, even after hours of work, and work with the maintenance company on special projects for remodeling.

Must have comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting ability with skills in painting, electrical, carpentry, equipment and tool use.

Must be an electromechanical engineer

Must have relevant experience in the past Hotel.

Must have a valid UAE driving license.
