Sales Engineer – E-Commerce at Cybersource Visa International

PURPOSE To provide support to the sales team by providing a thorough understanding of technical processes and payment services, as well as providing consulting services to clients in respect of the implementation and configuration of products CyberSource. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop a thorough understanding of CyberSource products through research and testing to act as subject matter expert to support team and customers. * Adopt a proactive approach to keep abreast of product developments by notes unlock code monitoring and sharing of knowledge within the team. * Provide pre-sales technical support by helping the sales team in meetings with prospects. This would usually involve presentations to potential and existing customers by providing product demonstrations, and using whiteboard sessions, all with an emphasis on maintaining a sales-oriented approach. * Provide training to colleagues and clients on the use of CyberSource.* To deliver business advice to clients (eg business process re-engineering, configuration of anti-fraud tools) that may involve the production of clear documentation. * Provide support proposal to the sales team to accurately determine the implications of feasibility, cost and time to respond to proposals for customers. * Gather and document precisely the technical and commercial requirements of our clients to work with other internal teams to provide reliable estimates of the project. * If necessary, act as technical resource on projects consulting, preparation and distribution of custom applications for clients. * Write small internal applications to provide a proof of concept ideas, product testing CyberSource, and resolve customer problems by providing assistance to the support team CyberSource.

Requirements REQUIRED * Bachelor of finance, business, science, engineering or computer science * Minimum two years experience as a sales engineer (pre-sale) in a technical environment * Experience to make regular presentations to clients in a sales * Experience working alongside a sales team, supporting them to help win new business. Dates * Experience of working in the payments industry, preferably e-commerce * Experience in providing consulting services or professional paid to customers * Experience required, as above, in the Middle East * Arabic language skills About the Company
