Revenue for the Chester store is in excess of £ 1 million and are now looking for a store manager retail fashion led to make a difference.

• Proven experience in store management in a fashion retail 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• An interest in music and popular culture would be advantageous to be successful in this role as a manager store in fashion retail you will be expected to: 

• Effectively manage day-to-day operations of a busy retail fashion store, ensuring sales targets are exceeded 

• Manage a team of sales assistants, supervisors and Deputy Director 

• Implement and maintain high standards and controls in all areas of the store 

• Clearly communicate and implement the objectives of store and company 

• Maintain inventory control 

• Promote a positive self-image and the company 

• Provide a high level of customer service
