Description

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: the responsibilities of the Government to include accounting costs of bid preparation costs incurred and temporary, to ensure compliance with appropriate, serve as liaison audit and reporting and analysis conducted Maintain general ledger accounts and activities related to the production of financial statements and reports. Reconcile, analyze and review General Ledger accounts in preparation for almost the end. Prepare journal entries and accounting classifications reviews in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Prepare documentation to support internal and external audits, including DCAA audit.Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis and investigate questions by providing explanations and interpretation. Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and financial position. Lead the process end of month end close quarterly for companies or groups affected as a resource for others and oversee a payroll specialist. Participate in financial planning, including forecasts and annual budget

Job Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 7 + years of experience in professional accounting. Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statements. Federal cost accounting and experience (CAS, committed and submissions interim rate, audits, etc.) Experience with Deltek Costpoint and intermediate skill level with MS Word, Excel evaluates and interprets customer needs and requirements. Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems. Solves moderately complex problems and / or conducts moderately complex analysis. Convey information effectively orally and in writing Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects planning and exemplary organization, with a high degree of detail orientation
