POSITION SUMMARY
the priorities IMC strategic planning, the incumbent is responsible for security, enforcement, enhancement and maintenance services of the best available technically qualified human resources (HR) in accordance with international standards of the Corps Medical. Sets of tasks include updating and maintaining the most appropriate recruitment and international HR policy, guidance and training of staff recruitment and HR in implementing the same, together with the staff at Headquarters and in the field to BMI understanding, cooperation and facilitate the correct and timely. These responsibilities will be working closely with senior staff at headquarters and the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee International HR Manager, Travel Manager, Director of International Recruitment and staff serving under each, while maintaining close association with the Human Resources Generalist, organize and carry out a review of all standing and international BMI standards HR policy of the protocol of the industry vis-à-vis to determine the most appropriate current and future applicability; make appropriate recommendations for adaptation, the cancellation in a timely and building, organize and execute the preparation validated all international HR policy and protocol (including forms, templates and other usual features and tools) in IMC staff user friendly format for use in groups and self-education and enforcement of maintain the same; To monitor the recruitment policy of BMI, to identify and correct deficiencies; regularly report on the effectiveness and recommend appropriate adjustments in a timely manner to increase the use of best available personnel, recommend, to identify and execute new ways to recruit qualified personnel; Identify and recruit key personnel Sr.;

Other Skills and Abilities
Thorough knowledge of planning, logical framework and design, understanding of the overall health and current development concepts and standards in developing countries; Excellent self-motivation and team-motivation skills, experience in communicating effectively with staff of various nationalities as well as with staff at the headquarters location and circumstances on the ground; Ability to work under flexible and ambiguous, to exercise common sense in a timely manner and take measures concerned officials, as required Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and administrative procedures in a stimulating work environment and rapidly evolving PC literate with excellent word processing skills, proficient in basic Microsoft programs (knowledge and experience with financial software an advantage).
