My client who are an organization of leading software development now require a talented Senior Java developer (mostly Internet capable Spring MVC Preview Role They have a number of projects very difficult software development to deliver in 2011. They are described in more detail below. backend Technologies All work will be in Java (mostly likely Spring Web MVC). For the Web application front-end technologies have not yet been finalized, but likely to be jQuery. Responsibilities The Senior Software Developer will be involved in all the projects mentioned above and in addition to designing and coding will: * Help architect software * Work with the team to share ideas and approaches * Study the existing challenge existing and emerging technologies for use in the implementation of each project * Use Profiling Tools to ensure performance is kept codebase * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to develop additional requirements * Mentor junior members Team

Essential Qualifications * good degree from a good university * 6 years of development experience in Java, working in a team environment. * Experience writing web GUI in HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery * Experience writing web services * Experience with Java * Experience spring with large software systems. * Experience desirable Spring Web MVC (preferably in the spring 3) * Experience in HTML5 and JSP * Experience with SQL Frames & JDBC / Persistence (preferably iBatis). * Experience of image editors to create / edit icons, etc. * Experience designing graphical user interfaces for the web: o rich and beautiful user interface o Personal Data Mining Qualifications * Self starter * ready to take ownership of projects * Good communication skills

Salary: 50,000.00 - 55,000.00 GBP
