Direct Sales Account Manager - Ingersoll Rand

Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technologies provides products, services and solutions that improve customer energy efficiency, productivity and operations. Our range of diverse and innovative products of complete compressed air tools and pumps to material and fluid handling systems and environmentally friendly microturbines. We also enhance productivity through solutions created by Club Car (R), a global leader in golf cars and utility for businesses and individuals. This role requires an enthusiastic and self motivated Sales Engineer, working closely with the sales team Ingersoll Rand to cover a defined territory in eastern Britain. The position will be responsible for sales growth of compressed air technology in this field. It is essential that efforts to increase market share for the region by establishing long term relationships with major direct clients. This must be done by identifying, developing and selling innovative, value-added solutions to long-term compressed air to the end users of the air, including existing and new clients. There is a need to understand and meet the needs of our customers for system efficiency and energy optimization to provide quality and solution consulting.

Min. Years. Experience: 5 * Develop a plan for exploration to identify customers with compressed air needs * Build a viable bank quoting able to support the target of every month orders * Develop a monitoring methodology and convert quotes into sales monthly rate required * Build customer loyalty and retention through its innovative, customer-focused and value-added solutions * Assist in the promotion and implementation of a marketing strategy for businesses and service * Key management / target end-user accounts * Be able to make sales clear, informative and persuasive presentations * Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts in a timely manner. * Identify and develop new sales opportunities identified by the business unit strategies. * Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of available equipment currently available. * Get and share market intelligence, identify and recommend opportunities to market products online, market segment and geographical area. * Promote a professional company image at all times. * Development and management of promotional campaigns and sales
