The Corporate Business Technologies (CBT) is the Information Technology department within IFC. CBT offers flexible, robust and secure solutions and services to enable IFC to fulfill its mission and business objectives in all parts of the IFC in the world. An opportunity exists within a CBT Client Officer to join this dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of the work program of the department s. The successful candidate will take direct responsibility for equity, derivatives and DTFI Investran implementation. The focus will be to work with CBT and Corporate Finance and Accounting (CFA) to complete the implementation of the Investran as a platform supporting the IFC equity, derivatives and fund portfolios.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: act as Client Officer as a functional expert CBT s equity for IFC s, derivatives and fund management. Key responsibility is to successfully complete the implementation of the shares, derivatives and the general ledger funds in Investran on time, within scope and on budget. Perform all activities necessary to ensure success. Strategize, plan and manage projects day by day, customer, supplier and team activities to ensure project success. Manage, Event Manager to design and develop business in close coordination with the user group. Liaise with stakeholders on all aspects of the implementation of equity and derivative products and provide advice continued / state to ensure satisfaction. Manage supplier relationships and effective communication with the supplier at any time. Deliverables and track supplier performance and escalate the whole matter as soon as possible. As a customer contract review officer of the provider, costs and deliverables. Make sure work was completed under the contract prior to submitting invoices for payment.
Selection criteria:
MBA or MS Finance degree and / accounting certification with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field of candidates required must have a minimum of 5 years experience in project management in the implementation and the life cycle of software development (SDLC). The candidate must have an understanding of financial products and IFC s accounting concepts An understanding of the financial systems of IFC s, with a deep knowledge of the following areas: o Accounting for equity products o Accounting for derivatives o Experience in supporting treasury, equity derivatives and fund management systems. o Experience in supporting daily, month-end and year-end process of understanding the office back operations systems such as SAP and Investran is a more hands on experience in configuring various financial modules, design configurations accounting, interfaces and reports Understanding business processes, functionality and help identify gaps, if necessary, and recommending quality solutions for the customer. Excellent project management skills, excellent organizational skills and time management, and a keen sense of priorities. Proven ability to establish and maintain partnerships with colleagues and customers.
