Officers service missions work in a team environment and provide services across a number of channels based on Australian Government programs and services administered by Medicare Master. Service Officers are responsible for providing outstanding customer service which contributes to increasing Medicare Australia's reputation and trust of the community building in the work we do. Our service environments consist of Master Medicare office network and contact center and focus heavily on the three channels of business: • Face to face - through a comprehensive national network, which includes 238 Medicare offices Master Program • Contact Center - telephony and processing • Internet - allows the corporate governance and improving government interaction with consumers through Web sites, teams offer office face-to-face service, including cash payment of benefits, if any. Most of the time of the service agent is devoted to management and customer relations with stakeholders. The work environment and Service Officer hours are structured to meeting opening hours, customer volume and workload patterns. The main objective of the program of work will be Master and the Medicare Program family and other responsibilities may include work processing company, as well as work in relation to Australian Government programs and services administered by Master Medicare program.
Role The role of a service agent is to provide customer service front line, using excellent service practices across multiple channels to Providers, the Australian public, customers and stakeholders. Developing skills and capabilities of customer service, while working in a team environment supported. The following specific experience will be much appreciated: • Experience in using Windows © operating systems and other Web-based products and reference tools • Experience using a keyboard and a mouse to navigate a wide range of relevant screens and programs (such as shortcuts, hot keys, etc.) • Experience in entering alpha / numeric data, via a keyboard at industry standard expectations, and level with accuracy of 99 percent.
