Marketing and PR • achieving the objectives of marketing and sales of human resources through recruitment, selection, orientation, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations , planning, monitoring, evaluation and review of the contributions of jobs, planning and reviewing compensation actions; implementation of policies and procedures. • Achieved objectives marketing and sales business by providing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparation and completion of action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality and customer service standards, problem solving, completing audits, identify trends, determining system improvements, implement change. • Meets the objectives of marketing and sales by forecasting the financial requirements, preparing an annual budget, expenditure planning, analyze variances, initiating corrective actions. • Determines annual and gross profit by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profits for existing and new products, trend analysis and results establishing pricing strategies; recommend selling price, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
