ITD Live Services Delivery Manager

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is seeking to recruit an experienced service manager that delivery will be responsible for managing a team managing the delivery of IT services from a number of discrete outsourcing providers. The newly appointed CIO has established a strategy, it is envisaged will lead to a significant reduction in the number of such providers during the next three years - and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service is maintained through the change. "The successful candidate will possess an ITIL v3 certification and will have substantial experience of working as a Service Delivery Manager Contract Management high-value outsourced across multiple disciplines. It is highly desirable that the successful candidate will have experience of working two for a client and a service provider.

Salary: £55.000
