The successful candidate will perform a variety of technical tasks required to manage construction projects, renovation and repair on site. Examples of duties include: Review and analyze drawings, plans, specifications and guidelines of the project. Determine the construction operations and methods and the time required to complete each stage of the project. Prepare cost estimates, statements of work and specifications for heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, pneumatic control systems, and building systems less complex. Project analysis, implementation of project scheduling, and monitoring / evaluation of project success. Holding site meetings with contractors to discuss procedures, progress, problems, coordination and scheduling. Dealing on a daily basis with clients to support and improve customer satisfaction. Provide support contract and / or monitoring. Inspection, review and analysis of system operations for construction deficiencies and / or performance issues, identification of corrective actions and monitoring to ensure corrections occur.

To qualify based on experience, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 level in Federal service. The specialized experience is experience helping with the tasks of construction management for renovation of office buildings and / or office complexes. Such experience must include help with estimates of construction cost management of construction, renovation and repair projects, preparing project plans, specifications and statements of work for construction projects to repair and renovation; perform project planning using the tools of project management support contract performance and / or general supervision over assigned projects and maintaining / updating of registration documents.


Salary: $49,273.00 - $64,120.00 /year
