Report of the Director of Tax, this position will be responsible for compliance with U.S. tax revenues and various issues available, including notices state address. Responsibilities: Manage and maximize income tax compliance process o Prepare and analyze various books tax differences o Ensure timely filing of statements of the State, fiscal and calendar management works debit proactively manage the time o S ensure adequate and appropriate documentation is collected and kept for audits o Assist in the preparation of assigned portions of consolidated tax returns and individual o Prepare statements and disclosures assigned o Ensure resolution of all tax investigations and diverse requests and notifications on a timely basis o Manage returns and compliance with the modified work product review (s)
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance Masters in Taxation preferred CPA 10 + years of public accounting experience and combined corporate income tax Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong attention to detail workpaper documentation Excellent communication skills written and verbal, including ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws ability and desire to work in a fast moving and dynamic experience preferred Large enterprise knowledge work jobs affected software (eg Oracle, Essbase, Excel and Access) Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills
