Project Manager, Finance - Yahoo

Provide day responsibilities in the governance of project management and leadership of the day project, including the proactive management of key decisions, risk mitigation, escalation and issue management, scope management, communications and change management. Identify resources to implement projects, establish core teams, stakeholders and management structures of the Governance Committee. Establish ownership and responsibility to communicate the roles and responsibilities of team members. Managing I / O resources allocated to projects, ensure consistency and alignment across teams, ensuring that the project commitment issues are raised and addressed at appropriate levels. Operate and maintain a project work plan, monitor and report on progress to stakeholders. Facilitate and lead manager and functional team leaders meetings. Identify risks, enhance and intensify the risks, if any. Develop contingencies; help the company manage the negotiation of solutions with various interest groups.

Requirements 

BA / BS preferably in finance from 3 years in project management, PMP or CAPM deep experience in finance desirable operational integration of systems experience Strong Strong process improvement and demonstrate advanced planning, the experience of problem solving Must have strong collaborative working practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead and influence change in a large global organization
