The HR Rep will work with the team of workforce initiatives to support the function s Yahoo restructuring and support projects in MA, immigration, global mobility and other special projects . The HR Rep will be responsible for ensuring that all policies Initiative staff, practices and processes are documented and ensure that this information is readily available to the HR community through various depots and workshops. Responsibilities Serve as a resource dedicated functional restructuring worldwide. Direct the project will direct all restructuring activities in partnership with HR teams and various non-HR partners (salaries, stock, information technology, law, finance, etc.) Design and implementation of the restructuring process / tools and provide education and appropriate training provided to a cons-functional teams across HR HR Rep will be responsible for ensuring that reports and charts (based on data from various applications RH) are created and distributed to HR appropriate leads on a quarterly basis
Minimum requirements are minimum qualifications: 3-5 years of HR generalist experience in a complex environment of strong human resource benefits administration, employee communication and knowledge of HR recruitment laws and basic applications preferred capacity required to develop robust frameworks to deliver best practice HR processes and disciplines. Must demonstrate a strong focus on operational excellence of conduct must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all organizational levels. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Competence to perform multiple tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast game must demonstrate a solid working knowledge of employment law and have the ability to quickly familiarize themselves with legislation in other international geographies such as the requires
