Responsibilities:
Manage the process of accounts receivable. Monitors and tracks the collections and payment of rent arrears on a regular basis. Provides a resolution fast, appropriate tenant-related bad debts on critical dispute, defects and bailiffs. Allows all accounts payable and ensures timely payment of all invoices. Prepare annual operating budget (s) for review and approval by the staff of the ownership of senior management. Monitors, analyzes and reports on budget variances on a monthly basis. Oversee the preparation of various financial reports for the analysis of variance, vacancy rates, the review of rent roll, the analysis of retail sales and other relevant reports. Ensures that financial records and statements are current.
Qualifications of the candidate must possess a university degree in five to ten years of experience in managing office real estate strong financial management skills. The focus on achieving results and provide outstanding service tenant. Excellent communication skills and time management. People demonstrated management skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. A professional would be considered an asset. Valid driver's license (if required).
