Our client, located in Cambridge, is looking for a very unique person. You will have managed a call center environment, but they have a background in payroll. You will manage 20 + payroll professionals who provide payroll management to customers across Canada. You will need to understand the law of the payroll and have also come from a call center, how to measure the volume of calls, call duration and productivity. Your payroll professionals is not payroll, but will provide assistance to your customers if they have related social issues. What you need: CPA Certification is a must have. Previous experience in payroll services environment (Call Centre), with management or supervisory exposure. Nice to have: experience AS400
