Under the general direction of the ICT Manager, the incumbent Internet provides an effective and timely and the support system for users who have access to important information with UNICEF and knowledge management sites information business, collaborative tools and applications. The incumbent is responsible for working with the appropriate architecture and operations staff on the design and implementation of technical environments for knowledge management and the procedures and guidelines to manage it. The incumbent will provide support systems to automate the development of environmental management and governance and third level technical support system.

Qualification: Advanced university degree in management information systems, information management, software engineering, computer science or related field. Training in relevant disciplines, course work in large or substantial information management, administration of databases, or the development of the application .* Five years of professional work experience at national or International in advanced SharePoint governance, administration, security, management, development of the monitoring system, in support of organizational requirements is necessary. The experience of working with PowerShell and Team Foundation Server a plus.

Practical experience in other web tools and development-based information system at least more than 3 years of practical experience, managing a database engine files and records management, content management, or document management system is needed. Minimum of 3 years of practical experience with the Internet server related technologies is required. Knowledge of another UN language; Fluency in English. * A first level university degree with a relevant combination of academic qualifications and experience may be accepted in lieu of advanced university degree.
