Call Center Supervisor - American Red Cross

The American Red Cross Carolinas Blood Services Region is one of 36 centers, American Red Cross regional blood whose mission is to meet the needs of people and provide the safest, most reliable blood and profitable services plasma through voluntary donations. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic call center supervisor for telerecruitment Call Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising staff telerecruitment including but not limited to, interviewing / hiring, training, coaching, evaluation and discipline to ensure a well qualified team and enhance operational success . You can also determine and monitor the priorities and assignments for each shift to call calling for the achievement of the objectives set go ahead and fixed site locations to maximize the effectiveness of blood. In addition, initiate emergency actions defined in the call moves as necessary to maximize production. Responsibilities also include monitoring of individual calls telerecruiters, assessment appeals against defined performance standards and providing coaching for telerecruiters. Using third party review to provide coaching for telerecruiters. Identify and assign the formation of telerecruiters based on identified needs.

An evening full-time position Sunday to Thursday with the hours of 830pm 1130AM-Sundays, and 12:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. You must be able to attend a week of full-time shift training first. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce, management, marketing, communication, public relations, or equivalent experience or equivalent is required. Minimum of three years of proven sales and / or supervisory experience telemarketing indicating consistent record of achieving targets. Includes a minimum of one year, preferably in a call center environment or blood banks.
