High school diploma or equivalent education. Additional training in information technology / information systems or human resource management is desirable. Professional experience of minimum 5 years experience in information systems support, customer service management or related field is required. Experience in human resource administration using GIS HR module is required. English and French are the working languages ​​of the United Nations. For this post, fluency (oral and written) in English is required, knowledge of the other is desirable. Knowledge of another official UN language is an advantage
