Customer Supply Administrator

Based in our London offices, the successful candidate will be initially be involved with an interesting mix of responsibilities across Customer Supply, including coordinating and processing domestic sales orders from receipt through to delivery, liaising with major customers, account mangers and our distribution centre; together with ownership of some key system master files and providing support to the inventory planning function and, to a lesser extent, the export function. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch a career within Operations and Supply Chain with specific exposure to Customer Services, Inventory Planning and Purchasing and Distribution, as well as a considerable amount of interaction and collaborative working with the commercial functions.

Person Requirements

Educated to degree level with a business, supply chain, analytical/numerical related degree with excellent organisational and coordination skills, a quick learner and possess the potential ability to work on multiple tasks, whilst meeting agreed time lines.
