JOB PURPOSE
primary function of the role will be account development by way of sales and effective account management.
The purpose of the role is to make the Alibi brand more accessible within the key channels that comprise the off-trade (i.e. all channels excluding wholesale, multiple retail and licensed premises)
The objective will be to hit quarterly regional sales targets as agreed by the sales and commercial manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
To identify and manage growth opportunities for the Alibi brand
To plan a sales/execution strategy in line with SMART objectives
To hit quarterly sales targets as set by the RSM
To manage a team of two interns ongoing who will support the sales/activation of the nominated channel
To manage a budget allocated in line with growth targets
To work in conjunction with the marketing manager to ensure your sales team have the tools and POS required in order to activate the brand correctly.
To provide weekly updates on progress and to take accountability for the performance of the brand within the nominated channel
To entertain key customers at a number of events Alibi support (festivals/music events/track days)
£20,000 Basic + £4,000 Achievable Commission
