Director, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll Uno Restaurants, LLC

Uno Restaurants, LLC is seeking a talented Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll to lead our Total Rewards strategy and initiatives.

We look to place a senior Compensation and Benefits professional with at least 5 years of dedicated Compensation and Benefits expertise and a working familiarity with the Payroll function. Broader experience in other HR disciplines is welcomed as a secondary valuable asset to the organization.

Strong strategic thinking, as well as technical, analytical, and hands-on execution skills are required. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. This position manages nine individuals, three of which are direct reports.
